The Big Apple, Manhattan, New York, NY, the city that never sleeps. You’ve heard all of those descriptions before many times. Eating NYC should be another of the instant identifiers for New York City.
Okay, so maybe eating fire is not what you had in mind, but it makes a nice h’ordeurve.

Did you know that this city has the largest assortment of ethnic foods, more than anywhere else in the world? The areas around Manhattan have taken on certain regional characteristics and you can find every kind of food specialty that you can imagine.
If you like Italian, Chinese, Irish, German, Middle Eastern, Mexican or the flavors of any country in the world that you can think of, it can be found in NYC.
